Q: Are helmets required and provided?

A: Absolutely helmets are required, but NOT provided.  Helmets are required–no exceptions.  For safety reasons, you must provide your own helmet.

Q:  Will I be able to keep up?

A:  Absolutely.  The pace is casual and we ride on bicycle paths and bike friendly roads.  The tour is tailored to your interests, skills and experience.  Beginners welcome and encouraged!
